Yes, we will be launching our Neeche Wine Club within months of our launch in March 2025. Joining our wine club will allow you have finely curated wines from our growers sent directly to your door either every one, two or 3 months, depending on your preference. Some of the perks will include, allowing you to have pre-notification of new deliveries of Out of Stock items, online store discounts, free tickets to tasting events and tasting note booklets which allow you to grade our wines in the professional manner as prescribed by the Wine Society.

No, you don’t. It is easier if you do, for both your and our tracking purposes, and it allows you keep on top of your orders and purchase history. Account signup is quick and easy and we promise not to send you spam emails.

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered to your chosen UK address before 4pm the next day.

Our Delivery partner, APC Overnight, were specifically chosen as they are the only service who have a specialist division for wines and spirits, they have the UK’s largest delivery network and have 30 years experience in the industry.

It’s okay if you change your mind, we offer a 14 day returns policy! This is subject to us receiving and reviewing that the item is in saleable condition then we are happy to offer a full refund.
For bottles that are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we offer a 30 day full refund as per your rights specified in The Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

Your order is ‘Complete’ when it has been received and sent to the warehouse to be picked. We send you a quick email with an attached and fully itemised receipt for your records. 

• You can benefit from Next (working) Day delivery on orders received before 12pm (midday). If the order is placed after 12pm it will be despatched to you on a next day +1 basis.
• We deliver to nearly anywhere in mainland UK for FREE on orders over £150.
• Orders below £150 are charged at a flat rate of £10.00 including VAT per delivery. All product prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Only mainland UK is covered by the Flat Rate. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Mann and Channel Islands or BFPO addresses incur an additional charge to deliver to. We aim for delivery as soon as possible (Monday – Friday).
• We also can deliver on Saturdays, subject to an additional £15 charge.
• All orders are subject to stock availability

There are 2 main reasons for this which I hope you will appreciate:

Firstly, this is only a temporary measure but I want to get people to try as many varieties of wines from these producers as possible. This enables you to gauge not only the different styles that each producer makes but to try varieties that you may not have already. The aim has never been to sell 100 bottles to one person, but to be able to help one bottle reach a hundred people.

Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, from an operational standpoint, I have only secured enough wine to launch this new business venture. As soon as sales become real and consistent, I will be able to place subsequent and increasingly larger orders. Soon, Neeche customers will be able to order more of the wines that they prefer.

I want to be as honest and as transparent as I can from the beginning. In fact, my mission, is to keep Neeche as independent as possible and to stay true to this commitment and to the values that I hold dear. Even though I am up against large industry players, I believe that there must be room for small independents to thrive even if that means we have to fight for our corner against a powerful corporate wine industry. If not small family vineyards will succumb to the pressure of mass production and disappear.
